A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the husband of the victim B(here in May 11, 2018), who is the father of the victim C (Divorce) and is the relative of the victim.

1. On February 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim (at the age of 48) was the victim (at the time) in the family room of the victim D and E in B, B, the Defendant committed an indecent act by coercioning the victim by her own hand on his/her back to his/her own hand; and (b) he/she forced him/herself to kill the victim.

3. On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) deemed that the victim (at that time, 48 years of age) was in a ward for the victim’s house; and (b) deemed that the victim was able to wear private retail clothes; and (c) took the victim’s hand, i.e., h., write down the victim’s shot and shoulder with the victim’s own hand, and committed an indecent act by force.

4. On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) dumped the water-related kimchi from the victim (the age of 48 at that time) at the kitchen of the above victim; and (b) dumped the victim, “I dump, dump, and dump.” (the age of 48); and (c) dumped the victim’s chest on his own arms to force the victim

5. Around July 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim’s 48 years of age, who is cleaning the said victim’s house at the victim’s house (at that time), and (b) told the victim that “bucks of the victim’s buckbucks,” which were under his/her own hand, did an indecent act by force against the victim.

6. The Defendant, at around B around 2015, said victim’s house, stated that the Defendant would not drink the 48 years old when the victim (at that time 48 years old) performed a flachi, containing water in the main and the victim’s flachi, and that “I will drink well,” and that the Defendant flachis the chest of the victim in his arms, flachising, gathering the victim’s chest, and gathering the victim.
