Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Provided, That the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in Gwangju-si, called “A” in order to take care of the victim’s her husband (name, 10 years of age at the time) from the Defendant’s home located in Gwangju-si, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim of the victim by inserting his hand into the lock clothes panty line of the victim’s sleep.

2. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) Daceded the victim, who reported the television carried by side from the Defendant’s house to the Defendant’s house, and Daceded the victim’s back after the victim’s, etc.; (b) placed the victim’s own hand into the victim’s e-mail; (c) opened the victim’s chest into the victim’s e-mail; and (d) put the victim’s chest into the victim’s bar; and (e) took the victim’s finger into the victim’s panty, and committed an indecent act by force on the victim’s relatives.

3. On July 2018, the Defendant, at the end of the Defendant’s house, took the victim’s rear who reported a mobile phone from the Defendant’s house, etc., and committed an indecent act by force against a relative related person, as he/she rhyds his/her her her her her her son with his/her own son.

4. On August 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around August 29, 2018, the Defendant expected to have a wall in the Defendant’s home room; and (b) took a cell phone, and she saw the victim as the victim she sits, and committed an indecent act against a relative related person by forcing the victim to take care of the victim’s chest by hand.

5. On August 31, 2018, the Defendant continued to leave the victim’s chest from the Defendant’s house to side, etc., and committed an indecent act against a relative-related person by force, on his/her hand, by making it difficult for the Defendant to take care of the victim’s chest by his/her hand while leaving the victim’s chest at his/her home.
