1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around April 14, 2010, the Defendant: (a) prepared the minutes of a temporary general meeting of shareholders with the purport of “to increase the total number of outstanding shares by 200,000,000”; (b) forged the minutes of a temporary general meeting of shareholders in the name of F, a private document concerning certification of facts, in the name of F, with the intent to affix the seal of F, which was equal in advance to the parts indicated above the “F” at the bottom of the minutes, at the end of the minutes; and (c) used them to obtain certification to obtain certification from a notary office; (d) forged private documents in the name of F as to certification of facts for the purpose of exercising ten times in total, as described in the attached list of crimes, and submitted several documents or one document to G office at the same time as of the date of preparation.
