A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a siren car.

On September 14, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at around 22:50, and led the front of the “D Mart” road located in Asan-si, Asan-si to the direction of the bad distance from the direction of the wind.
