Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Crento car.

On May 27, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at around 15:10, and driven the front of the “E” road located in Geumsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, with a speed of about 70 km from both sides to the lower distance.

Since there is a two-lane road in which a central separation is installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive the car line on the right side of the center and to live well on the front side of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and her negligent driving on the left side of the central separation unit, and by negligence, took part of the victim F (W, 62 years old)'s Garburged part of the driver's f (W, 62 years old) driving in the opposite direction of the Defendant's proceeding with one lane in the opposite direction of the Defendant's proceeding as the front part of the passenger's vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim H (the age of 68) who was on board the said victim’s car, such as salt ties and tensions for about three weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim I (the age of 76) who was on board the said victim, for approximately ten weeks of medical treatment, such as wound fright fright frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting frighting, etc., and for about four weeks of medical treatment to the victim I (the age of 76) who was on board the said victim.
