1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 18,00,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from September 21, 2013 to April 15, 2015.

1. Fact-finding;

A. 2. Determination

A. According to the facts of recognition of the occurrence of liability for damages and the limitation of liability, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiff for damages caused by the accident in this case as a tortfeasor.

However, as shown in the record, while the plaintiff and the defendant were disputing each other in the process of hiversity and ditches, the defendant's liability for damages is limited to 85% in consideration of the occurrence of the accident in this case.

B. Except as otherwise stated below within the scope of the liability for damages, the corresponding items of the attached Table of the calculation of damages.

In principle, the period for the convenience of calculation shall be calculated on a monthly basis, but the period of less than the last month and less than KRW 1 shall be discarded.

The calculation of the current value at the time of the accident shall be based on the reduction rate of 5/12 percent per month to deduct the interim interest.
