A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Incheon District Court, and on February 23, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison.

1.
