B. 3. The Defendant with obscene obscenity was in a place lower than the Defendant’s vehicle behind the Krab cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was parked on the road of the “J” located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, at around May 6, 2017.
