1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B and C jointly share KRW 130,860,00,000 and their related thereto from October 31, 2012 to February 1, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B, upon the establishment of E, who had been engaged in military life on March 2002, worked for an individual company called “A” and engaged in the import of mines and supply, etc., and around February 2004, E, separately from the above company, established the Plaintiff Company, and from around October 11, 2007, he was in charge of the Plaintiff’s business, etc., while working for the managing director until he retires from the company on October 11, 201. From June 2004 to August 207, 2007, Defendant B managed the Plaintiff Company’s funds comprehensively.

B. Defendant C engaged in the manufacture and sale of machinery parts with the trade name of “F” and supplied the Plaintiff with such materials as pipes and lightningeds as the introduction from around 2005 to June 2016.

Defendant D, as Defendant B’s wife, is the representative director of a company that engages in sales business of interior interior interior interior interior decoration, land-protection apparatus, contact area, etc. from October 8, 2007 to “G”.

C. Occupational embezzlement by Defendant B

(1) The above defendant received processing tax invoices from H on March 2, 2005, as shown in [Attachment 2] No. 2, and remitted 21,780,000 won to H, and returned 19,80,000 won other than value added taxes, and arbitrarily consumed them, and transferred 77,600,000 won to I, after receiving processing tax invoices from I, as described in [Attachment 6], and transferred 68,60,000 won other than value added taxes, and then transferred 68,60,000 won to I, while keeping 68,60,000 won other than value added taxes, and embezzled 48,80,000 won for arbitrarily consumed them from H to 20,000 won for five (2) 7,000,000 won for personal consumption from the victim’s account in Seoul around April 16, 2005 to 30,005.
