Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On January 17, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, and completed the execution of the sentence in the first prison for the North Korean defectors on July 12, 2019.

2. Accordingly, the defendant tried to steals the victim's property by destroying the victim's property and by impairing the victim's residence, but did not bring about such intent, but did not commit an attempted crime.
3. On March 2, 2020, around 17:00 on March 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a locked gate and damaged the windows using the dracker; and (b) went out two copies of Onnuri gift certificates equivalent to KRW 20,00 in total of the market price of the victim’s ownership, by intrusion upon the dracker’s house; and (c) cutting out two copies of Onnuri gift certificates.
Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the victim's property and stolen the victim's property by intrusion upon the victim's residence.
4. On March 8, 2020, around 12:30 on March 12, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened an unlocked gate and intruded into the victim H by an insular means; (b) opened the locked gate; and (c) intruded the victim H by an insular means.
