Punishment of the crime

1. On March 28, 2015, the Defendant conspiredd to take charge of the following roles: (a) the Defendant, C, and D entered an unreshed vehicle to take care of vehicle hair C, D, and Women-Friendly Zone E in the impulse-dong 409, C, C, and E, which are in charge of viewing the network at the scene of larceny.

At around 15:30 on March 29, 2015, the Defendant, along with C, D, and E, discovered a low-income vehicle owned by the victim G, which was parked in front of the Fudio at the Chungcheongnam-si, without correcting the sentence. E, opened the above car door and removed KRW 21,010 in cash owned by the victim, and then cut off the said car by driving the said car, from around 10:00 on March 28, 2015 to March 22:00 on March 29, 2015, and in collaboration with C, D, and E, stolen the property of the victims over five times in accordance with the aforementioned method as stated in the attached list of crimes.

2. From March 29, 2015, the Defendant, from around 15:30 on March 29, 2015, was driving a stolen passenger vehicle with D with D and returned to the discharge of Chungcheong, while the Defendant continued to drive the said passenger vehicle on the front side of J located in Chungcheongnam-si I, on March 30, 2015, while causing a traffic accident involving the passenger vehicle at a childcare center H in Chungcheong-si on March 30, 2015, and continued to stop the said passenger vehicle on March 30, 2015.
