From December 3, 2012 to 23:42 on December 3, 2012, the Defendant driven B automobiles at a section of about 2 km from the front of the Busan Central Hotel to the front of the Busan Central Hotel, Jung-gu, Busan, Busan, with a blood alcohol level of 0.09%.
