B. B. As a result, B, C, and the Defendant conspired to use a trademark identical or similar to another person’s registered trademark for goods similar to the designated goods, and possessed for the purpose of transferring or delivering goods similar to the designated goods on which another person’s registered trademark or similar trademark is used.
