1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 6, 2018, Plaintiff A was a student attending the N University’s social department and was present as a candidate for the president at the 52th general student election president of the N University (hereinafter “instant election”). Plaintiff B was a student attending the N University’s cultural content department and was present as a candidate for the vice-chairperson of the instant election. The aforementioned two persons were also prepared by the election campaign headquarters.

In addition, Plaintiff C is a student who was enrolled in the N University Sports Education Department and was a vice-chairperson of the National Election Commission (hereinafter “Central Election Commission”) who was in charge of the instant election by the president of the N University.

B. Meanwhile, Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”) is a company that runs the business of publishing and selling newspapers and printing and publishing “M press”. Defendant E is a reporter of the said M press, and Defendant F is a person who was the president of the existing total student group at the time of the instant election and was the president of the Central Election Management Board.

C. In addition, Defendant G is a person who is the head of N University student support team; Defendant H and Defendant I is an employee of the above student support team; Defendant J is a person who participated in the instant election and was elected as the head of the total student support team; Defendant K and Defendant L are those who engaged in an election campaign for Defendant J in the instant election.

However, in the process of the instant election campaign, in the list of recommending Plaintiffs A and B received from N University students, the name and signature of some identical students are written differently, or one student’s signature is written again, and the signature of several students seems to have been signed by proxy is found. The Central Election Management Board held a meeting of the representatives of all students on October 24, 2018 and held a meeting of 82 of the total number of voters and 68 with consent of 93 voters, the qualification of candidates for heavy disciplinary action against Plaintiff A and Plaintiff B is deprived.
