1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on April 22, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the attached list from the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff’s judgment as to the Plaintiff’s claim is a cargo transport company, which entered into an entrusted management contract with the Defendant on April 28, 2009, and completed the transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff on the said automobile. Since the contract for entrusted management was terminated by the delivery of the duplicate of the instant complaint, the Defendant is obligated to accept from the Plaintiff the transfer of ownership registration procedure based on the termination of the entrusted management contract on April 22, 2016, the delivery date of the duplicate of the instant complaint.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
