Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2007, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving, etc.) at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and on March 20, 2008, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court.

On December 27, 2013, at around 21:29, the Defendant driven a BS5 car at a section of approximately 200 meters front of a bridge located in Busan Metropolitan City, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.114% of alcohol content.
