Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court's branch court's Busan District Court's order on July 21, 2006, and on February 22, 2008, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On April 22, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.143% of blood alcohol concentration, driven a Bro body vehicle at approximately 300 meters from the front of the Maritime Affairs and Daegu Office located in Busan Metropolitan City, to the front road.
