A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:40 on August 9, 2013, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 150km section from the road located in the short-term city of nuclear power to the point where the middle-term highway is located at approximately 264km.
