On August 6, 2012, at around 19:38, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B with a vehicle driving license from the front of the Sejong apartment zone located in the Dong-dong, Seocheon-si to the right point of 352K at approximately 150km of the middle-west Highway, without obtaining a vehicle driving license.
