Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who illegally uses a registration number plate shall forge, alter, or unlawfully use the registration number plate;

Around May 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) attached DOE number plates acquired by a fire in front of the “C” operated by the Defendant in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) attached DOE number plates to the Defendant’s non-registration 125cc Oral Baba; and (c) on June 7, 2014, around 10:05, the Defendant unlawfully used the registration license plate on the Seoul Seodaemun-gu and Jongno-gu road until it is arrested at the front of the duty-free shop of 149 East-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu.

2. An unregistered automobile shall not be operated unless it is registered in the automobile register.

On May 7, 2014, the Defendant operated the Seodaemun-gu Seoul and Jongno-gu Road until the arrest of the Defendant around 10:05 on June 7, 2014, without registering the 125cc Oral Land purchased through the Internet with the competent authority.
