Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:10 on July 30, 2016, the Defendant was driving a C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 7 km to the 108-dong underground parking lot, the 11:30 on the day from the front day of the restaurant “living-gu,” located in the 36-lane 13, Ulsan-ro, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul-do, with approximately 11:30 on the same day.

2. Around 11:10 on July 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) caused obstruction of performance of official duties; (b) caused damage to public objects on the road in front of the “E Elementary School” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, under the 112 report that the said rocketing car continues to stop on the two-lane road; (c) G in front of the F Zone of the Ulsan-nam Police Station, the police officer called out after receiving a 112 report that it causes inconvenience to the traffic of the said vehicle; (d) Had the windows of the said rocketing car; and (e) Had the above rocketing car, a police officer parked the Defendant on the Hasta car; and (e) Had the said rocketing car, a police officer parked the Defendant on the Hasta car in front of the 2909-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, and continued to depart from the front part of the said Hasta car with the said pent car in front speed.

The Defendant, carrying dangerous objects, and assaulted the police officers, thereby obstructing the police officers from performing their legitimate duties in relation to their assignment to the 112 Report Work, etc., causing the said police officers’ injury to the catum cats, etc. requiring medical treatment for about two weeks, and at the same time, damaged the above patrol vehicles used by public offices to be in excess of KRW 1,025,176.
