The reasoning for this Court’s explanation is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the submission or addition of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance as follows. Thus, this Court’s explanation is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

[Supplementary or added parts] The second 13th 13th 2th 13th "F of this Court" is deemed as "Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court C," and the 17th 'this Court' is deemed as "Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court."

A. At the 5th end of the 14th day, the court below added “The plaintiff may be deemed to have entrusted D with the right to cancel the instant right to collateral security.” Accordingly, the judgment of the court of first instance is justifiable, and the plaintiff’s appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
