1. The Plaintiff’s deposit money of KRW 92,523,00 deposited by the Cheongju District Court No. 2441 on August 8, 2014.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant accepted each of the instant lands through the ruling of expropriation by the Chungcheongbuk-do Regional Land Expropriation Committee (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) in order to provide the land for the development project of the Second Bioscience Science Complex as the site for the land of the land of this case, the Defendant was not registered, and only stated “K and L” as the owner’s column on the land cadastre, and did not specify the owner’s personal information. B. On February 1, 1919, LK was under the circumstances of PP forest in the old forest register concerning the Ma (the name of the petition-gun N was changed later, but the name was changed to NN in the Cheong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu) of Chungcheongnam-do, and the forest was divided into O and J on March 31, 193 (the 1924).
