The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

1. Basic facts

A. The old forest register, which appears to have been prepared around January 12, 1960 with respect to the Dasan-gun forest, entered as the owner on January 20, 1920 in the old forest register, stating that the state is the owner on January 20, 199, and the ownership of E with the address in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (1929) around January 12, 194 (1929) is transferred, and on January 12, 1960, the above C forest is divided into F and G forest, respectively.

In addition, the card-type book on the above C forest land prepared on October 1, 1976 entered that the above C forest was converted into the area of 5,752 square meters of C forest land (the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table; hereinafter referred to as the "land 1 of this case") after the area conversion process on February 1, 1977, and the computerized forest register is prepared based thereon.

B. The old land cadastre, which appears to have been drafted around April 15, 1959 with respect to the H land of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, is indicated as the owner by E having the address in Macheon-gun, and from the above land, the I land is divided on February 7, 1964.

In addition, the card form land cadastre as to the above H land, drawn up on May 10, 1976, stated that E, having the address in Kocheon-gun D on January 12, 1929, received the transfer of ownership in the ownership column, was divided on September 23, 1986 from the above H land remaining after the division into the above I land, and the above H land was divided into J on September 23, 1986, and after the process of division and conversion into the area as above, the above J land was 1,097 square meters (hereinafter referred to as “the land listed in attached Table 2”; the above J land was written as 1,097 square meters before J (the land listed in paragraph (3) of attached Table 3; hereinafter referred to as “the land of this case”). The land cadastre was written based on the computerized data.

Each land of this case is unregistered land. D.
