Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2012, at around 10:30 on September 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sustained injury on the victim D (the 63 years of age) who is the parking manager of the Defendant’s vehicle was parked in a parking zone, which is not a road parking lot; (b) caused the victim’s flapsing and drinking face once by assaulting the victim’s flab and drinking face once; and (c) caused the flabing of the parking management unit.
