Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment due to assault, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on August 24, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on April 26, 2013 in the Ganpo Prison.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 01:51 on April 24, 2016, the Defendant was boarding a D taxi that is in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (such as assault by a driver) and driving a victim C (49 years of age) on the roads in front of the cancer market after being in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu.

On April 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was passing through the front road of the building in front of the end party building in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu; (b) around 02:00 on April 24, 2016; and (c) the Defendant asked the route to which the victim would live at the destination; and (d) the Defendant Company Company Company Company Company Company Company Company: (a)

"Ha means the horses, the booms the neck of the victim who is driving in both hands, and blicks about 2 to 3 times.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the victim who is a driver while driving a motor vehicle.

2. Around May 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim E (71) around the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Seocheon-dong mayor, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul around 02:25 on May 8, 2016.
