On March 11, 2018, around 00:20 on March 11, 2018, the Defendant was boarding a victim B (62 tax) on the street in front of the Cheongcheon apartment apartment of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

On March 11, 2018, at around 00:35, the Defendant, as the Seocho-gu Seoul Olympic Games, committed assaulting the victim’s right side face on the hand floor with his hand without any reason under the influence of alcohol, on two occasions, and twice the head, even though the Defendant moved on the 683rd Tranm Winter Olympic Games as it was 683 South Korea Olympic Games.
