The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim as above, received the above car amounting to KRW 9.4 million from the victim on the same day.

2. Around March 9, 2018, the Defendant shown the victim J-J on the I Apartment apartment parking lot in Busan Metropolitan Government, which was parked in that area, and falsely speaked that “The Defendant would receive a loan in the amount of KRW 40 million.”
However, the defendant only thought that he would invest in the Bitcoin by receiving money from the victim, and the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell the above Awco motor vehicle to the victim because he did not have the authority to dispose of the said Awcoin.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, had the victim borrow 40 million won for a second loan from the L Bank on the same day, and obtained 40 million won from the victim.

3. Fraud against the victim M;
A. On January 26, 2018, the Defendant made a false call to the victim M/ who was aware of it in the used cars trading company located in the Nam-gu Busan metropolitan area on the day on January 15:00, 201, stating that “The Defendant would transfer the OBW vehicle equivalent to KRW 10 million at the market price, the additional cost of KRW 8 million at the market price, and the transfer cost, etc. at KRW 18 million at the beginning of the week, to Benz EW vehicle equivalent to KRW 201 at the market price.”
