Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of B-B trucking motor vehicle.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 10:05 on August 6, 2016, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 23 km section from its own house in Jeju to the road near Dong-ro, Dong-ro, Dong-ro, Jeju.
