1. The defendant
A. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 29,040,00 and the said money, 5% per annum from October 27, 2015 to January 7, 2020.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff A’s sales contract for officetels and Defendant’s brokerage 1) Plaintiff A’s brokerage as a licensed real estate agent on October 26, 2015 (hereinafter “D”).
(2) On October 26, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Ftel G and H located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju and four parcels of land to purchase the total purchase price of KRW 50 million. The Plaintiff paid the total purchase price of KRW 100 million to D, and around that time, the Defendant paid the brokerage commission of KRW 80,000 to the Defendant.
B. On October 12, 2015, Plaintiff B entered into a contract with the Defendant, a licensed real estate agent, to purchase the said Ftel I at KRW 50 million from D’s brokerage. 2) Plaintiff B paid KRW 50 million to D on October 12, 2015, and around that time, the Defendant paid KRW 400,000 of brokerage commission to the Defendant.

B) On March 23, 2012, a sale management trust agreement was concluded with respect to the F business site on March 23, 2012, and accordingly, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of D and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of trust company was completed on March 23, 2012, and the F entered into a sale management trust agreement with the trust company on November 27, 2015 with respect to F on November 27, 2015, and on G and I, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of trust company was completed on November 27, 2015, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of D was completed on November 27, 2015, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of trust company was completed on November 27, 2015 with respect to H on November 6, 2015.
