1. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,165,80 and the interest rate thereon from January 31, 2020 to the date of full payment.

The facts in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the evidence No. 1-9. Thus, the Defendants jointly have the obligation to pay the Plaintiff management expenses of KRW 39,165,800 and delay damages calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from January 31, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the payment order in this case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all.
