1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who operates an officetel sexual traffic business with the trade name “I”.
On February 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) leased Nos. 3321 of the Seo-gu Daejeon District Court Decision 407, 503, and 1003 of the J building 3rd 407, 503, and 103; (b) leased the said 3rd 407, 503, and 103 under his/her own, C, and D; and (c) provided the instant officetels with mixed sea, diesel, etc. necessary for commercial sex acts; and (d) provided job offer advertisements on the Internet (e.g., “F., female customers,” and (d) purchased the list of male customers and their telephone numbers on the Internet “I.”
From February 2013 to March 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around February 31, 2014, the said officetels divided female sex trafficking K, L, M, etc. into the officetels of the said four rooms by one week and at night; (b) the male who has the intention to purchase contact with the aforementioned four cell phones, by informing the place where the sexual traffic female is located and arranging sexual intercourse; (c) from the customers, 120,000 won shall be paid to the sexual traffic; (d) at night, 80,00 won shall be paid to the sexual traffic female at night; and (e) at night, 40,000 won shall be paid to the sexual traffic female at the cost of arranging the sexual traffic; and (e) the Defendant has arranged to acquire the brokerage fee of the sexual traffic in total of 96,061,000 won in total over 2,484 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
2. From May 2013 to November 201, the Defendant assisted the crime of arranging commercial sex acts of arranging commercial sex acts of the said Party A by having a man who has a sexual traffic doctor in the third officetel of the said J building contact with N andO as a mobile phone (N andO) for business purpose. The Defendant assisted the said Party’s act of arranging commercial sex acts by serving as the head of the business office to guide the male grandchildren to an officetel in which the sexual traffic female is a sexual traffic woman and receiving KRW 50,000 won per day.
3. The defendant D's assistance in arranging sexual traffic shall conduct the brokerage business for A as described in paragraph (1).
