A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person working for the operator of the “C”, the victim D (n, 26 years of age), E (n, 23 years of age), and the victim F (n, 25 years of age) in Seo-gu Daejeon as an employee of each of the above brokerage offices.
1. Indecent acts by compulsion;
A. On November 9, 2017, the Defendant, at the office of the above licensed real estate agent office, committed an indecent act by force against the victim D, by stating that the victim “satisfs so that they can be satched by taking satch.” The victim satched the Defendant’s shoulder and satched “dying satn by taking satfs.”
B. The Defendant violates the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using a communication medium) shall make use of a mobile phone for the purpose of inducing or satisfying his/her or another person’s sexual desire by transmitting text messages to the victim F’s cell phone using a mobile phone at around 21:34 on January 1, 2018, or by transmitting such text messages to the victim F’s cell phone with a mobile phone.
