Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A. B. The Defendant committing a crime by transmitting photographs from February 6, 2013 to March 26, 2013, at the Defendant’s house of 103 Dong-dong 1901, Dong-dong 103, Dong-dong 1901, and at F’s cell phone (G) such as the above paragraph (a), and H’s members of the same gathering.
