Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.
However, from the date of the conclusion of the judgment, the Defendants are above two years from the date of the judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2017 Highest 2274] Defendants operated a mutually cafeteria of “F” in the amusement park located in Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
1. 2. The Defendants A and B (occupational and dental points) operated the F restaurant as above.
