A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] A person who was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on October 8, 1998 and was sentenced to two years for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Western District Court on June 24, 2004. On April 5, 2007, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to one year and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seocheon Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on April 5, 2007. On February 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gyeyang Branch of the District Court on February 17, 2012. A person who was sentenced to three years for a violation of the Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on June 26, 2015 and completed vocational training in the same prison on February 4, 2017.

At least five times from April 13, 2017 to April 24, 2017, as indicated in the list of crimes, intrusioned into the hospital of Seoul National Assembly members on five occasions, and attempted to steals or steal money and valuables worth KRW 8,30,000 in total at the market price by the above method.
As a result, the defendant was sentenced twice or more to larceny, and habitually stolen another's property within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.
