3. On January 9, 2017, around 20:30 on January 20, 2017, the Defendant, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the price at the “P” alcohol house operated by the victim N in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, ordered liquor, alcohol, etc.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received two sick and two beer of the amount equivalent to the market value of KRW 452,00 from the injured party.
