A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant of "2016 Highest 1235" is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle of E body-wide.

On April 19, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.194% at the Cheongju-nam-ro, Cheongju-ro, Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-do, 2110-gil 3, Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-do, Cheongju-gu, the Defendant started driving in front of the Cheongju-nam-do, 0.194% of alcohol level on the surface of 0.194% of blood alcohol level, and thus, in such a case, a person engaged in driving service is prohibited from driving due to drinking, while he is unable to drive under normal conditions due to alcohol, and when the preceding vehicle stops, he was negligent in performing the duty of care to maintain and operate a safe distance so that it is difficult to drive under normal conditions while driving under the influence of alcohol, and sustained the above 2-day average bus for the victim to take care of the above 2-day passenger vehicle after stopping to get passengers to get off the front vessel (the above 2-day average bus level 2).

As a result, the defendant was driving a drunk and driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the injury of people.

2. At around 23:30 on September 19, 2016, the Defendant responded to a request from the Cheongju Police Station I District J in the Cheongju Police Station, which was dispatched by the Defendant after receiving a report on traffic accidents caused by the Defendant, to check the drinking, and to respond to this request.

The defendant was found to have drunkly breath as a result of the breath test.
