Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No certified broker for commencement of a business may become an authorized broker, a brokerage assistant, or an employee or executive of a private entity belonging to another certified broker for commencement of a business.
Since January 26, 2006, the Defendant is a certified broker who operates D A certified brokerage office in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the Defendant’s Chokon is a certified broker who, from August 17, 2015, established G certified brokerage office in Suwon-si F and commercial buildings from Suwon-si around August 17, 2015.
In spite of the fact that the Defendant, as seen above, has opened a new brokerage office for the business of a certified broker, he/she handled the brokerage business from August 17, 2015 to June 25, 2016 as an affiliated certified broker at the above G certified broker office to determine the contract amount and the terms of the contract in the absence of the above E, and to substitute the signature of E in the column of the sales contract, in the absence of the above E.
