1. The Defendants constitute a “share to be transferred” column in the attached Table 2 list among the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 8, 1978, the building of three floors was newly constructed on the land of 157 square meters in Nam-gu, Busan, AV, AW large 372 square meters, AX large 439 square meters, and the approval for use was obtained on July 8, 1978. On September 8, 1978, the registration of divided ownership of AY (hereinafter “instant partitioned building”) with respect to part of 25.09 square meters in part among the above buildings was completed on the management ledger of collective buildings.

B. In the aggregate building ledger for the instant partitioned building, 21 persons, including the Plaintiff and some Defendant, including the Plaintiff, were registered as owners on July 8, 1978, but registration of preservation of ownership was not completed as to the said building and the instant partitioned building because the owners of the building are different from the owners of the building site and the share of the site to be entitled to a site is different.

C. On November 21, 1991, the Plaintiff purchased the partitioned building of this case, which is unregistered from the above 20 persons registered as the remaining owners of the partitioned building of this case.

D. Thereafter, some of the 20 remaining owners are dead and the succession of comprehensive rights and obligations by inheritance is made pursuant to the following table:

E. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendants, who are the remaining owners and their inheritors, in order to complete the registration of ownership transfer for the sectioned building itself (excluding the right to use site, site ownership, etc.). The Defendants currently filed the instant lawsuit.
