1. The Defendants are each of the Defendants listed in the separate sheet No. 2 list among the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On July 8, 1978, a 3-story building was newly constructed on the land of 157 square meters in Nam-gu, Busan, AX, AY large 372 square meters, AZ large 439 square meters, and the approval for use was obtained on July 8, 1978. On September 8, 1978, the registration of divided ownership was completed on BA No. 24.33 square meters of the part of exclusive ownership among the above buildings (hereinafter “instant partitioned building”).
B. The aggregate building ledger for the instant sectioned was registered as the owner on July 8, 1978 by 21 persons, including some defendants, but the owner of the building and the ownership of the building are different from the owner of the building and the share of the site to which the right to the site should be granted, so registration of preservation of ownership of the above building and the instant sectioned building was not completed.
C. On November 21, 1991, the Plaintiffs purchased the instant partitioned building at the ratio of 1/2 shares, each of which is unregistered from the aforementioned 21 persons registered as the owner of the instant partitioned building.

D. Thereafter, some of the 21 owners are dead and the succession of all the rights and obligations by inheritance is made as follows:
E. The Plaintiffs filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendants, who are the aforementioned owners and their inheritors, in order to complete the registration of ownership transfer on the instant partitioned building itself (excluding the right to use site, site ownership, etc.). At present, the Defendants are the instant partitioned building.
