A and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, it is against Defendant B for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

B On December 20, 2011, at the Gwangju District Court, sentenced on June 20 to a suspended sentence of two years for fraud, etc. and became final and conclusive on December 28, 2011:

1. A food service business operator shall not encourage or impliedly encourage an employee to receive money or valuables in return for time beyond the place of business;

A. From Apr. 2010 to May 2010, in collusion, the Defendants: (a) reported the business of the said tea in their own name with respect to the said tea; and (b) provided equipment necessary for the operation of the tea; and (c) Defendant A, while operating the tea in multiple ways by raising operating operating expenses, such as prepaid money, etc., employed two employees G, nameless winners (H, I) and let the said employees deliver coffee, etc. from the customers by receiving KRW 130,000 to KRW 150,00 per hour; and (d) encourage employees to receive money and valuables from the said employees in return for time outside their place of business.

B. Defendant B: (a) from June 2010 to September 9, 2010, Defendant B was the first patrol officer.

From September 10, 2010 to October 201, employees had employees receive 130,000 won or 150,000 won per hour from customers and deliver coffees, etc. from the KDak located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, thereby encouraging employees to receive money and valuables in return for time outside the business place.

The Defendants conspired for the first time.

At the time and place indicated in paragraph (1), two employees G, nameless winners (one name H, one name "I", and "I") had customers receive 1.30,000 won or 1.50,000 won as the price for sexual traffic including coffee value from customers and arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

B. Defendant B is the first-B.

At the time and place stated in the paragraph, employees are 130,000 won as the price of sexual traffic including coffee value from customers.
