Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who was the representative of the corporation B.
On August 16, 2017, the Defendant appeared and taken an oath as a witness of the case of revocation of fraudulent act, etc. by the above court in the Daegu District Court's Sung-gun's Sung-gun's Sung-dong's Sung-gun's Sung-gun's Branch on the witness of the case. However, in fact, C or D did not have the fact that C or D had received a loan as security and made an advance payment to the defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant gave false testimony contrary to his memory and raised perjury.
