A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Jeonju District Court for fraud, and on April 19, 2018, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

On September 17, 2017, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “the sales of a mobile phone” by accessing the Internet site to the Niberian Republic, and then sent 2.70,000 won to the victim C who visited the Internet site, he/she would sell a mobile phone (LG G6).

In the same day, 270,000 won was remitted from the person who believed it to the national bank account in the name of D.

However, the defendant did not have the above goods, and even if he received the above payment from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the mobile phone.

In addition, from the above date to November 4, 2017, the Defendant deceiving victims four times in total, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the attached Form, and received a total of KRW 1,889,000 from the victims as the price for goods.

The Defendant, at the French site on September 8, 2017, 2017, posted a letter “E” page, an Internet site, and sent the price to the victim F who reported and contacted, he/she would sell the above bank.

On the same day, 30,000 won was remitted from the victim who believed it to the bank account in D's name.

However, the defendant did not have the above room, and there was no intention or ability to sell it.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim and acquired the above 330,000 won.
