1. On March 24, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, by accessing “B” the Internet’s trading site for used goods, the Defendant sent a text message stating that “ACM store is sold” to the Defendant, the victim C want to purchase the above door, and that, upon depositing the value of the article KRW 2.50,000,00 to the victim, the Defendant would deliver the door to the Defendant.”

However, even if the defendant receives the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver the bank to the injured party.

Around March 24, 2018, the Defendant received 2,50,000 won from the victims in total on 18 occasions under the name of the victims such as sales price of goods or sales price of Internet game money, as stated in the attached list of crimes from the date of the first crime, as stated in the attached list of crimes, around March 24, 2018.

2. On July 1, 2018, the Defendant posted a notice to the effect that “The sale of F Game money” by accessing the Internet site “F” at the f site, and that “the Defendant would send the game money on the face of remittance of KRW 80,000 to the victim G who visited the Defendant.”

However, even if the defendant did not own game money and received the payment from the injured party, he did not have the intent or ability to send the game money to the injured party.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, received 80,000 won in total from the date of deceiving the victim and then transferred 80,000 won in the name of the game money through H deposit account (I) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and was transferred by the same method six times in total, such as the statement in the list of crimes in the second crime list.
