A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:20 on August 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with one registration number plate attached to the victim C owned by the Defendant, which was lost in loading a Poter freight onto a Poter with no identification of the number from which it was parked at the front line of B 3 factories in Gumi-si, Gumi-si; and (b) stolen it.

2. Around 18:00 on August 22, 2012, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant illegally used the registration number plate, which was the air hosp, by attaching the registration number plate stolen, as set forth in paragraph 1, to the front part of the Gunst car owned by the Defendant.

3. Unlawful events for the protection of air;

A. On August 25, 2012, around 13:00, the Defendant exercised an air defense that was unlawfully used by running the said rocketing car, which was attached with the registration license plate attached to the air gate, which was in front of the subway Station Acheon-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, by the Defendant, from around 13:00 to the subway Acheon Station.

B. On August 26, 2012, around 23:00, the Defendant exercised the air defense that was unlawfully used by operating the said rocketing car, which was attached to the instant rocketing car, as prescribed in paragraph (2), from the subway station prior to the subway station, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, to the studio-si E-si Parking Lot.
