A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Goyang Branch of the District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 19, 2019.

1. On July 24, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D within a simple restaurant in the C-Sacheon-si, Chuncheon City, that “I have a golf loan at each time of entry into Korea. I sold it to a golf shop. I would sell a golf loan and offer its principal and profit.”

However, in fact, the children of the defendant are not the U.S. military, and the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the profits to the victim by distributing golf loans.

As above, the defendant deceiving the victim and received 1,300,000 won in cash from the victim, i.e., in the name of investment, from the victim.

9. Until December 13, 198, the F account (Account Number: G) in the name of cash or E was issued five times in total, such as in the attached list of crimes.

2. On August 30, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim H that “The Defendant would pay the motor boat purchase fund in three million won per month from the profits accrued while managing the motor boat after paying one motor boat in the name of the party letter.”

However, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the profits through the motor boat business because it is entirely related to the remaining islands.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received 15.1 million won from the post office account in the E name of the victim.
