Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months for fraud, etc. in the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court for the same year.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, was accused of the victim and received 2.2 million won from the victim.

In addition, the Defendant, from that time until December 30, 2013, by deceiving 16 victims of total sum of 4,024,00 won, as shown in the attached Table 1, from that time to that time, was delivered by the said method.

1. Fraud;

A.
