Each fact in the cause of the claim is without dispute between the parties or can be acknowledged by adding the whole purport of the pleading to each statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5. According to this, as the heir of the network E, the defendants are obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount corresponding to each of the items in the attached list within the scope of the property inherited from the network E as requested by the plaintiff.
As to this, the Defendants agreed to the purport that they did not have the obligation to pay the above inheritance debts as they have limited to their inheritance from the network E. However, they are liable to pay the entire inheritance debts (the existence of the obligation), but they are not their own property but within the scope of the inherited property (the limitation of liability). Thus, even if the Defendants limited to the inheritance from the network E, as alleged by the Defendants, they are liable to pay the inheritance debts to the Plaintiff within the scope of the inherited property from the network E. However, the Defendants are liable to pay the inheritance debts to the Plaintiff within the scope of the inherited property. However, in this case where the Plaintiff sought to pay the above debts within the scope of the property inherited from the network E even though there is no inherited property, the Defendants are liable to pay the inheritance debts to the Plaintiff within the scope of the inherited property. Accordingly, the above circumstances pointed out by the Defendants do not interfere with the Plaintiff’s claim.
The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
