Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaged in driving a B low-priced car.

On July 11, 2013, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.160%, and proceeded with the white bridge located in the Sungnam-gu Fungdong, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, with the view to the cryp of sperm.

At the time of night, the DNA car driven by the victim C (30 years of age, inn) was stopped in order to receive the left-hand turn signal. In such a case, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and secure the safety distance by keeping the front door well.
